Uniquely central 4 storey house

Review Positive: Great spacious apartment in an excellent location. Beeping smoke alarm quickly fixed Negative: Bins weren't emptied from the previous occupants

Superb location and space - would benefit from some updating internally Positive: Great location in the Northern Quarter and close to the city centre and tram links. Good amount of space in the property with the bonus of an outdoor terrace. Negative: It’s a little tired and could do with a bit of tidying up and redecoration.

Get place to stay, clean and safe in the heart of the Northern Quarter Positive: Great location in centre of Manchester Negative: The third bedroom had a low ceiling which was difficult to manage

Great location but description of accommodation not clear enough Positive: Great location Wifi was good Lounge is decent size Communication was good throughout Negative: 3rd bedroom is up a steep ladder and you need to be under 5ft to attempt to stand up with the matress basically on the floor This is not clear in description and not great for a 6ft person Arrived just before 3pm and was still being cleaned, cleaner advised we needed to leave till 4pm Couple of interior door handles had fell off

Nothing more to want from a stay for 6, having celebrations in Manchester! Positive: The property was clean, tidy and had everything needed such as towls, tea, coffee and some dishwasher tablets. It has an excellent sized living areas. With an Alexa speaker which was a great bonus to be able to play music. The property is a fabulous location, central to all the activities we had planned in Manchester over our stay. Negative: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. An extra bonus was that if there were any queries that the hosts were contactable and really helpful with arrival and any queries that we had.
